We publish our numbers. Including the ones that aren't impressive yet.

The whole Sublight pitch is "leads you can count." So this page counts, in public, on a schedule. It starts with what we can measure today on our own four sites. Client rows are added within 30 days of each launch and updated on the first of every month from the same reports clients receive. Nothing here is cherry-picked; if a number goes down, it goes down here.

What we can show today

Four sites, one speed budget, zero JavaScript before paint.

These are build-time measurements: HTML size per page and script loading order. Google PageSpeed scores are added to each row as we measure them from pagespeed.web.dev, so you can repeat them; the first run is on our site's Cloudflare address, before the domain was attached.

"JS before paint" is the amount of JavaScript the browser must run before it can show the page. Ours is zero on every site; the typical local business site runs 300 KB to 1 MB first. "Target main content" is the budget for Largest Contentful Paint on a mid-range phone, enforced before launch.

Client results

Speed before and after. Calls. Forms. Rankings. Every month.

Each client row shows the Google mobile score the day we started and the day we launched, calls and forms per month from the tracking number, and how many of their ten target searches moved up. Shown with the client's name when they allow it, otherwise by trade and county.

No client rows yet, on purpose

The first 3 Launch clients fill this table.

They pay $2,000 instead of $3,500 in exchange for their before-and-after numbers appearing here within 30 days of launch: mobile speed score before and after, calls and forms per month from the tracking number, and rankings for their ten target searches. Names are shown with permission; otherwise the row reads "HVAC company, Loudoun County".

How we measure

Public tools, repeatable numbers.

  • Speed: Google PageSpeed Insights, mobile strategy, median of three runs, linked so you can re-run it
  • Calls: a dedicated tracking number on the site (CallRail or equivalent); only calls that connected count
  • Forms and bookings: server-side submission counts, not analytics events, so ad blockers don't hide them
  • Rankings: tracked from the client's service area, not our office, for the ten searches agreed at launch
  • Before numbers: captured the day the deposit lands, before we touch anything
What we won't do

The rules of this page.

  • No cherry-picking: every client with 30 days live gets a row, good month or bad
  • No "up to" numbers or percentages without the base
  • No attributing leads we can't trace to the site
  • No client named without written permission
  • No deleting rows when a client leaves; the row is marked closed and stays
