Dental · websites that book new patients

A new patient compares three practices in thirty seconds. Make yours the one they can book.

They look at reviews, photos, insurance, and whether they can book without calling during their own lunch break. We build dental sites that load instantly, show real openings on the homepage, publish fees, and turn a Sunday-night search into a Tuesday 7:30 am appointment.

The audit shows your mobile speed score, where you rank for "dentist [town]" and four more searches against three competitors, and the three things costing you new patients.

Insurance-name searches are the quiet winners: "dentist that takes Delta Dental Annapolis" has almost no competition and very high intent.

The demonstration build

Harbor Point Dental: a complete 12-page practice site, built the way we'd build yours.

A fictional Annapolis family practice. The hero shows the next three real openings. Every fee is published. The assistant checks insurance and triages a toothache. Open it on your phone and try to book.

What to notice

  • 1Openings in the hero. Three real upcoming slots, computed from the calendar, each one a tap from a hold. On a live site this reads from your scheduler.
  • 2Insurance, answered up front. The accepted-plan strip on the homepage, a full list on the fees page, and an assistant that tells HMO and Medicaid patients the truth before they book.
  • 3Published fees and a membership plan. Eighteen rows of prices and a $349-a-year plan for the uninsured third of your market. Almost no practice does this; the ones that do convert.
  • 4An emergency page that helps first. Knocked-out tooth instructions before any ask. That page ranks for "emergency dentist" because it deserves to.
  • 5Family blocks and a free kids' visit. The page structure follows how households actually choose a practice.

Why it ranks

Dental search is local, specific, and dominated by whoever answers the insurance question.

Service × intent pages

"Invisalign cost," "emergency dentist," "dentist for kids," "dental implants": each is a page with a real answer and a price, not a paragraph on a services list.

Insurance pages

A page per accepted plan ("Delta Dental dentist in Annapolis") captures the highest-intent searches in dentistry with almost no competition.

Reviews on a schedule

A review request two weeks after treatment, when the crown fits and the swelling is gone. Velocity and recency are what Google rewards.

Questions from practice owners

Asked on most calls.

Can the site connect to our practice management software?

Yes. The booking flow connects to online scheduling tools that integrate with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, and Curve, so real openings show on the site and appointments land in your schedule. If you don't have online scheduling yet, we'll recommend one and set it up.

Should we publish our fees?

We recommend it, and the demonstration shows how. Cost uncertainty is the top reason people delay dental care. Practices that publish fees and a membership plan convert more uninsured patients and get fewer price calls at the front desk.

Is the website HIPAA compliant?

The site itself holds no patient data. Forms go to a HIPAA-compliant form service with a signed business associate agreement, texts go through a compliant platform, and the assistant is instructed never to collect health details. We document this for your compliance officer.

We have two locations. How does that work?

One site, a page per location with its own hours, providers, and reviews, and a Business Profile for each. Grow at $1,250 a month covers both.

Our current site is on a dental-marketing platform. Can we leave?

Usually, yes, and you'll own the result. Check your contract for a notice period; we'll build in parallel so there's no gap and migrate your content and redirects so rankings carry over.
